Don't clean, sort or throw away! Simply take the items your family wants to keep and we'll deal with the rest. We sort, clean, set up, stage, research, advertise and hold a four day Sale. We even help you get a little extra cash for the remaining items which we will haul away at your request.

At Assured Appraisal, we will:

• Meet with you for a consultation
• Sort your Items

Our crew comes into your home and brings all of the items out of the cupboards, drawers, closets and garage.

• Research and appraise your wide range of items of value

Research will be done on all antiques, collectibles, unusual and high quality items

We will:

• Clean your items
• Price your Items
• Bring all Materials, Tables and labor for set up

We set up and stage the Sale, on our covered Tables.

Organize, Arrange and Stage your items for optimum Sales (this process may take several days)

Furniture may be moved to be consistent with the flow of the sale

Patio and Garage areas may also be used.

Locking Cases will be used to display the smaller valuables and keep them safeguarded

Our goal is to present your items in the most inviting atmosphere possible

We will:

• Prepare an inventory list for you
• Make an Advertisement Flyer noting items for Sale

Digital Photos of items will be used when preparing fliers.

We will:

• Publish your Sale both Locally and on our website
• Email inventory lists to our company mailing List
• Distribute list to appropriate public Places
• Post Signs in the neighborhood where County Code allows
• Provide Staffing and Labor for the Sale

We will arrive early on the day of the Estate sale

We will allow only the number of shoppers in the house that we feel we can safely serve at one time.

On the first day, very little bargaining is done on the purchases. As the sale progresses and things get picked over, we will progressively discount to maximize sales.

We will:

• Pay labor and expenses incurred
• Provide Client with an accounting spreadsheet of all items sold with the sale price of each
• Accept Credit Cards, checks and Cash
• We settle with client within two weeks of the end of the sale, or once the credit cards and checks have cleared the bank.
• The Sale will be conducted and the collection and distribution of funds will be done in the accordance with the laws of the State of California
• Handle donation of remaining unsold items if necessary and provide a tax slip to client
• Provide House Clean out when necessary

We can also order dumpsters or haul away debris if necessary

• There are no hidden or additional fees when we bid your job.
